- I first used Bogdan's building services in 2011 for a small project. It was to convert a double garage into a studio flat. He had been recommended by a family friend. The job was completed in approx. 4-5 weeks and it was an amazing transformation of an unused old garage space to modern and comfortable habitable accommodation. Although this project was on a mini scale - it gave a huge boost to my confidence in Bogdan with his ability to get a job done from the beginning right through to the end to a high standard in the most honest and reliable of ways.

 

In 2013, I hired Bogdan to convert a run-down 2 bedroom bungalow into a 4-bed detached house in Marlow bottom. He did the job from start to finish. Including demolition of the old building, starting the build from the foundations right through to the finishing touches including laying the drive and landscaping the gardens.

 

Bogdan kept in regular contact of required materials and throughout the project (if I wasn’t at hand) he was happy to purchase the bits himself to keep the project moving without delays. When the council Building Regulations officer was needed for inspections, Bogdan would advise and ensure that each building stage was fully passed with the officer before continuing. A similar project was done again with a complete renovation of a property in Maidenhead. I would highly recommend Bogdan's building services.
